18 years later, fugitive is sentenced for DWI death

Author: Juan Carlos Guerrero was given the maximum sentence on Sept. 27, 2008, for a fatal drunken driving wreck that occurred in 1993. After fleeing the hospital, he went to Mexico and picked up a new alias before moving back to San Antonio. Express-News story: bit.ly
